HR Officer – Â£25k + Benefits – 12 month FTC – Poole
Due to maternity leave there is an imminent requirement for a HR Officer to join this highly successful and long established engineering business. As the HR Officer, your responsibility will be wide and varied, but essentially will support the business to achieve its targets through its people.
Predominantly the post holder will undertake responsibility for the administration processes associated with the employee lifecycle, with particular emphasis on recruitment processes, retirement planning; maternity/paternity planning; policy amendments; Works Council meetings; Leavers; Occupational Health appointments; Long Service Awards; Employee relations (such as Disciplinary & Grievance); HR reporting; Training & Development.
The Post holder will ideally have experience gained working within an engineering environment and be able to commit to a 12 month FTC. There is an attractive benefits package that includes 25 days holiday, 1pm finish on a Friday, pension plan and sharesave scheme.
