Assistant Store Manager – Retail/Sales
Fresh off the success of winning a number of national and regional business awards, including sweeping the top accolades at the National Business awards, Growing Business awards and The Sunday Times Fast Track 100, our client is opening new stores to help eclipse last years’ fantastic performance.
Salary: £21,000 p.a. OTE £35,000
Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days from 7 (Includes weekend work) Open Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm.
They are looking for candidates with the following attributes…
Previous experience managing / leading a retail sales team.
Sales and / or Customer Service experience.
Experience working towards and monitoring KPI’s.
Able to oversee the performance of the Sales Advisors and ensure the store achieves its quarterly and annual targets.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Able to ensure the Showroom is well presented, clean and organized at all times.
Experience delivery customer excellence
Well-presented/smart in appearance.
Excellent sales experience
Confident with customers
Able to listen to and understand
