I am working with a small, boutique financial planning practice based close to Southampton.
They are a quality firm, specialising in advice to HNW individuals, advising them on predominantly pension and investment business. The majority of these clients have been with the firm for 25 years plus, an excellent client retention record by any standard. They offer a full financial planning service, getting to properly understand their clients and their needs in order to put strong financial infrastructure in place to help them achieve their goals. All the clients have portfolios in excess of Â£100,000.
They have an opening on their team for an adviser to come on board and to take over an existing book of business. They are looking for an adviser who is interested in helping to grow the business, through networking with existing clients, seeking referrals and generating professional connections as well as looking after the existing clients. This position would suit someone who has been advising for a couple of years, or maybe even an experienced paraplanner, looking to begin giving advice.
