We are seeking an additional Administrator due to continued expansion of the business working as part of our Service and Operations department. You will be working within a team of Administrators reporting into the Service Manager, to facilitate the division’s operational requirements, ensuring targets are met and administration tasks are fulfilled, with particular emphasis on delivering exceptional service to all customers. To also assist and support Account Managers to enable them to achieve targets, ensuring smooth running of their contracts.
Your main responsibilities as the Administrator will be:-
Distribute documentation to clients with interpretation, guidance and recommendations, with a view to maintaining relationships and encouraging long term business.
Process paperwork to ensure that full and accurate information is provided to colleagues and customers.
To deal with all client feedback for assigned contracts within agreed KPIs, ensuring correct advice is given to customers at all times.
Raise accurate invoices promptly, and track expected revenue to allow the division’s performance to be monitored.
Maintain high standards of customer service by anticipating, understanding and fulfilling clients’ needs, and responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
Maintain all internal files and databases with accurate data to allow efficient scheduling as well as divisional projections to be calculated
Efficient administration within the division, ensuring smooth running and compliance at all times.
Supervise junior administrators within the division when necessary, ensuring that they work efficiently and tasks are completed accurately.
To be successful in the role of Administrator you should have Grade C or above GCSE Maths and English and be able to demonstrate administration and client customer service skills within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial company.
