The team administrator will provide efficient and effective co-ordination and administration for projects and events.

To undertake administrative support for projects/events as required, including, external liaison with suppliers, booking of Associates, co-ordination and production of training materials, organising venues.
Undertake typing, proof reading, production, printing, photocopying collation of documents, reports and letters.
To accurately format all documents including training materials, assessments and produce PowerPoint presentations.
To undertake the scanning, filing and retrieving of documents, assessment reports and training materials.
Assist in the compilation/formatting of proposal documents and tenders for Business Development pitches maintaining documentation on network.
To answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate team members or take messages.
Take responsibility for travel and accommodation bookings, couriers for relevant projects in line with company procedures, liaising with consultants as necessary.
Raise purchase orders to suppliers and check corresponding supplier invoices
Produce and distribute the weekly team diary.
Attend team meetings, take minutes and distribute.
To maintain the Associates availability report and distribute to the project team.
To perform general office duties, ensure tidiness, sufficient stock of stationery, printing materials.
