Chef de Partie. Our client, a busy Hotel & restaurant is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete the brigade. This is a well established business which has a changing menu offering daily specials as well as a Seasonal British Menu using all fresh food.
Chef de Partie able to work on all sections, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef during each service. Ordering for your section and helping to further develop junior chefs.
Experience of cooking to ideally AA Rosette level
Able to work on each section
High level of initiative
Genuine team player
