Page Personnel are currently recruiting a permanent Accounts Receivable Clerk on behalf of a market leading Facilities company based in Leeds.
This award winning business based in Leeds is growing at a rapid speed, they are currently looking to recruit a permanent Accounts Receivable Clerk into their successful Finance team.
The successful Accounts Receivable Clerk will report directly into the Sales Ledger Manager and will work in a busy Finance department.
They will be responsible for, but not limited to; checking and raising manual invoices, allocating BACs and cheques payments, monthly reconciliations, month end reporting, dealing with invoice queries, journal preparation and other ad hoc duties when required.
The successful Accounts Receivable Clerk will have:
– A previously worked in a similar role within an Accounts Receivable department
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
– A proactive and highly organised approach to work
– Excellent IT skills including Pivot tables and VLook ups
Salary up to Â£20,000 + free on site parking + excellent company benefits
