We’re looking for an outstanding Account Director to lead a couple of high profile accounts at this highly acclaimed agency.
It’s a fabulous role and we’re looking for candidates who demonstrate real drive, not just in terms of ambition, but in terms of an ability to deliver exceptional results for clients, which in turn helps grow and develop these accounts.
We also need you to have strong team management skills – it’s a fast paced ad agency and your ability to manage and excite more junior team members will be crucial to getting the best out of them and in turn delivering the best possible results for your clients.
In terms of background we’re looking for you to demonstrate a track record of success in well known integrated agencies and evidence of managing innovative integrated marketing/advertising campaigns.
As Account Director you’ll need to be good operationally but just as important is your strategic ability, so we’ll need you to clearly demonstrate a knack of developing strategy, with a willingness to remain hands-on when it comes to the delivery.
