AposTherapy has been operating in the UK in association with Bupa since 2008, in our flagship central London clinic, with Certified Providers now delivering treatment in 7 additional locations.
To offer an outstanding customer service to all patients and clients and to ensure administrative support activities for AposTherapy are carried out efficiently and effectively.
The representative shall be responsible for the efficient, effective and safe management of the patient service journey and experience.
GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum, may have higher qualifications in health, sports or science, potential role for newly qualified physiotherapist
PC literate – proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team working experience
Work experience in a similar customer facing position
Customer service orientated
Polite and diplomatic
Good organisational skills
Experience in a health care environment would be an advantage
