Warranty executive for major aviation client to manage and provide administration of the repair order cycle of unserviceable aircraft components including assessment and negotiation of warranties and evaluation of work to be carried out based in West Sussex with attractive package on experience
Responsibility of Warranty Executive
Â· Raising warranty repair orders
Â· Monitoring and progressing the repair in line with set KPIs
Â· Assessing warranty claims establishing outcomes with the assistance of senior staff if needed
Â· Reviewing and approving quotations
Â· Cost negotiation and proactive liaison with the vendors to secure the return of units in time required
Â· Providing warranty and recharge recommendations to MRO Customer Facing department
Â· Update and data maintenance
Â· Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Â· Ability to multitask and cope with large volumes of work
Â· Good IT skills (Excel and Outlook)
Â· Basic awareness of the aircraft systems and aircraft maintenance will be considered an advantage but full training will be provided in-house.
