Our client, a thriving law firm based in North London, is looking for an experienced Immigration Solicitor / Paralegal to join their growing expert legal team.
Experience / Qualifications:
• 1 – 3 years PQE
• Minimum graduate degree in Law (or similar)
As an Immigration Solicitor / Paralegal you will need experience in the following fields as you will be handling a case load consisting of the following areas:
• In-country applications for leave to remain in the UK (Immigration Rules, EEA, and Human Rights)
• Entry Clearance Applications
• Naturalisation Applications
• Business Migration (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
• Appeals (Immigration Rules, EEA, and Human Rights).
Whilst there is an existing caseload, you will be required to develop new business and maintain current relationships. The successful candidate will be taking on an established and good quality caseload that will incorporate all aspects of UK Immigration, so knowledge and experience is paramount to this role.
It is imperative in this role that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must understand the importance of client care and possess perfected organisational skills. Our clients’ business is very team focussed, therefore you will perform well and be supportive in both a team environment and under your own initiative.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage their own caseload with minimum assistance and meet any targets set.
