I am currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to work within our International Local Production team at Warner Bros. The role will report directly in to the Vice President, International Local Production and you will be responsible for providing analytical, business and administrative support to the Local Production executive, working on a wide range of matters.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

·Undertake territory BO analysis, local business analysis and exhibition statistics

·Keep up to date reporting of title performances, greenlight status, output deals, and other regular required reports

·Be knowledgeable of all local production systems including LoPro, eRooms and the various finance systems

·Analyse by territory capital and participation payment approvals

·Prepare PowerPoint presentations and supplemental management information to support the VP as necessary

·Liaise closely with local production staff in Home Office and local production territories

·Managing diaries, organising and prioritising daily workload, making appointments, and scheduling. Organising and assisting with meetings as necessary.

·Organising travel arrangements and handling expenses claims

·Handle other departmental costs such as telephone, subscription and stationary

·All other admin functions required in the office environment

·Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills and Experiences

Competencies

·Detailed knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Excel to macro level and a proven ability to learn other PC application software

·Good financial systems knowledge / awareness

·Highly numerate with strong analytical skills – a natural ability to research, investigate and summarise data

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence both financial and non-financial people

·Self motivated, flexible and a high level of initiative

·Confident and proactive approach – anticipates issues and requirements

·Very good organisational and administrative skills, able to prioritise own workload

·Used to multitasking and working in a fast moving environment

·High level of accuracy and attention to detail especially when working with financial reports

·Professional and positive attitude

Education/Qualifications

·Degree level or equivalent
