Branch Administrator

As a part time Branch Administrator, working 30 hours each week, you’ll enjoy plenty of variety, and will take responsibility for the admin processes within the branch, whilst working with the management team on ad hoc administration tasks as required. This will involve assisting in the preparation of quotations, cash handling, banking and cash collection, as well as dealing directly with the customers and suppliers.

A team player, with a commitment to customer service, you should possess a track record in an administrative role, coupled with good PC skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels. Added to this, we are looking for a highly organised approach, plenty of initiative and a genuine desire to contribute to the ongoing success of the branch.
