HR Assistant (9 month contract) – City
A global private equity business is currently looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their established HR team. With the opportunity to further enhance your HR skills, you will provide support to the HR Manager and broader HR team on all areas of HR. This will include on-boarding, processing starters and leavers, assisting with contract changes, updating employee details on the HR database and assisting with recruitment campaigns. Acting as a first point of contact within the HR function, you will be expected to manage HR queries in an effective manner. You will also help to improve their HR administration processes and work at improving efficiencies on their HR system. Due to the structure of the department there is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR skills within an open and friendly team. This will be a varied and challenging HR Assistant role, working within a fast-paced and established HR team, so it will be important that you can “hit the ground running.” Strong interpersonal skills and excellent MS Office experience will be essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with a strong attention to deal and a strong “can do” attitude will all be important attributes to fitting in well within this progressive organisation.
