Role:Norwegian speaking Telemarketer (4 days Working from Home option)
Salary: £24-26K basic (dependant on experience) +20% bonus (up to c.£31K OTE)
Location: Woking
Type:Permanent
Working hours:8:00am-4:30pm or 08:30-5:00pm (depending on territory covered)
Skills:Fluent Norwegian, sales / business development experience
Work From Home opportunity (4 days at home – 1 day at office) but you must complete a minimum of two weeks training at the office.
Purpose of the Job:
This role is for a global sales-enablement company focussed on executing sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth for clients including Microsoft, Samsung, Apple and IBM.
Using exclusively non-face-to-face methods (phone, e-mail, instant messaging), the Telemarketer will be responsible for generating early level opportunities for a globally recognised technology client to IT individuals in Enterprise organisations.
Responsibilities:
•Demonstrate knowledge of the client’s general product portfolio and a good degree of knowledge of the specific technology platform.
•Drive new business sales opportunities by engaging with senior decision makers through a consultative sales process
•Adhere to Worldwide Tele processes and standards consistent with the operational frameworks: Planning Management, Relationship Management and Opportunity Management.
•Verify and maintain data quality in the client’s systems and tools on a daily basis. Ensure accurate status is reflected in CRM Tool.
•Ensure full customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of service at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
•Fluent Norwegian language skills
•2-3 year minimum experience within a sales, business development or account management in the IT industry, preferably in enterprise software
•Awareness and knowledge within the IT/telecoms sector regarding products, services and the market
•You will be a tenacious, experienced B2B sales person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels
•Ability to take ownership and work independently
•Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines
•Business communication skills – both verbally and written
•Prompt and accurate data entry
•Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
•Dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Professional approach to team and client relationships
•Drive and commitment to deliver
•Ability to work well under pressure
