My client based in the heart of Sutton are currently looking for an HR Analyst to join their newly formed HR Shared Services department. This role is a 12 month FTC, offering £25,000.

Joining a team of 10-13 employees, the successful candidate will be part of the administrative function providing assistance to company employees, managers and HR Partners specialising in benefits and leaves.

Key Duties:

– Ownership of all processes within company benefits and leaves, in coordination with the HR Coordinator – Benefits and Leaves. Responsible for continuous improvement to processes
– Administer changes for the Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme, run monthly queries
– Administer the Zurich pension scheme and life assurance, upload new employees, upload maintenance reports, run eligibility queries for changes in contribution rates and key to PeopleSoft
– Responsible for the eye care scheme, issue vouchers to employees, order new vouchers from third party provider, monitor employee eligibility
– Administer the AXA PPP medical scheme, enroll new members, inform provider of employee data or eligibility changes, process leavers
– Work with the HR Coordinator Benefits & Leaves to administer the Holiday Buy/Sell scheme,
– work with HRMS to advertise, check eligibility and key into PeopleSoft
– Responsible for driver checks for car compliance for company cars. Annual audit of driving licence/Insurance/MOT where necessary
– Administering all Long Service Awards. Running eligibility files, notifying eligible employees, keying into PeopleSoft and working with HRBP’s/Payroll/HRMS to ensure awards received on time. This position must understand the nuances of each division’s Long Service Awards
– Auditing of sickness absence in PeopleSoft, running queries, analysing trends, coordinating with HRBP-ER where necessary and reporting findings to HRBP’s
– Administer the gym membership/dental scheme/lifestyle assessment schemes
– Assist with any other benefit or leave related queries/processes/projects as necessary
– Must be flexible to support other teams based on workload in accountabilities and tasks, this can include the rotation of duties
– Operate to a set of agreed SLAs focusing on ensuring that the SSC meet the business needs. Including responsibility for applying continuous improvement to further drive increased efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service provided

Person Specifications:

– Understanding and experience in the use of HRIS systems, PeopleSoft preferred
– Educated to A-level or equivalent standard
– Numerate with intermediate/advanced IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Competent in data downloading and uploading, data review and manipulation
– Competent in troubleshooting data issues
– Excellent customer service skills
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Administrative/Customer Service experience, preferably in a large HR department
– Ability to plan schedules and organise tasks according to priorities
