The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping the systems completely up to date, doing the contracts, producing letters, managing holidays, sick days and the ‘sick scheme’. They are looking to implement a return to work scheme, so someone with experience in this arena would be fantastic. They are looking for someone to help organise all of their employees information onto the system and ensure everything is running smoothly.
It would be an advantage if you had experience on guiding managers on HR advice.
-Previous HR Admin experience,
-Previous experience of working on HR systems,
-Able to provide managers advice on HR related topics,
-Willing to get stuck in and help wherever is needed.
