Field Service Technician- Tonbridge
Your main responsibilities will include to attend service calls as directed by Call Control, the Area Service Manager or Divisional Service Manager so that the company can meet the contractual obligations. Preparation and Installation of MFP’s, installation and Troubleshooting of Software Solutions, maintain vehicle stock to minimize loses, perform to KPI’s in line with company policy.
Candidate Requirements for the Field Service Technician:
Experience is essential, preferably with these products, Ricoh, Xerox, Sharp
Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills
Fast and Keen self-learner
Flexible approach to work
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Familiar with working to targets
Acts consistently in line with organisational values
Demonstrable logical fault finding skills to a good level
Able to work with minimum supervision
Self-motivated and well organized with highly developed customer care skills
£27,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary. Bonus. 26 Days Holiday, Health Cash Plan, Pension Scheme + Many other benefits.
