Robert Half are recruiting a finance administrator for a fantastic opportunity that has arisen within a fast growing, global facilities management business based in London.
Â· Responsible for monitoring the PMO inbox and for ensuring all divisions POs are processed and queries followed up on in a timely manner. Using various different processing and finance systems where relevant
Â· Liaise with the Client on a daily basis ensuring all POs have been approved.
Â· Ensure all GRNs are processed in-line with cash collection deadlines and queries followed up with relevant Finance/Commercial teams.
Â· Update SharePoint with sufficient detail in line with client expectation.
Â· Supporting Finance/Commercial Team in the Month End processÂ· Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations.
Â· Involvement in adhoc Finance/Commercial project work, for example annual P11Ds, one off analysis of purchase orders and assisting with preparation of UK monthly Commercial Report .
Â· Providing support to the team in dealing with adhoc queries.
Â· Providing cover for the team .
This role would suit an AAT studying or Accounting and Finance Graduate with 1 to 2 year’s experience in a finance role.
