The New Business Sales Executive’s excel at selling our online recruitment advertising solutions because they have a proactive approach to winning new business and as a New Business Sales Executive’s you will sell recruitment solutions and corporate branding activity on our website. As well as generating new business, account managing and upselling to existing clients.
What you will be doing:
•Generate new business by sourcing off and online media for quality leads and making a minimum of 10 new client sales pitches per day.
•Build a quality client base by capturing and documenting key information.
•Develop good working relationships with key customers, establishing their online recruitment needs, providing appropriate commercial solutions whilst maximising revenue.
•Provide a central point of contact for key customers for all online recruitment information and bookings.
•Gain and maintain a full understanding of online recruitment, competitive sites and market conditions.
•Create innovative ways in which to build business from individual accounts in line with their recruitment strategy.
You need to have:
•Excellent telephone sales skills – need find, objection handling, negotiation, closing
•Proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently.
