A Project Analyst / Operations Manager, with experience in a call centre or contact centre environment, is sought to join one of the UK’s leading multi-channel direct marketing companies in London.
Having recently brought back in-house their call-centre team of 25 Customer Service agents they are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work with a small executive team to analyse business trends and forecast call-centre services.
Title: Project Analyst / Operations Manager
Location: London (near Regents Park)
Salary: Â£23k – Â£25k basic salary, plus bonus, OTE Â£28k year one, Â£32k year two
The Project Analyst / Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering all aspects of contact centre performance including developing the CRM, analysing telecoms requirements, developing webchat functionality and much more. You will work directly with the Head of Customer Experience and will be required to build cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and drive improved efficiency.
The ideal Project Analyst / Operations Manager will possess the following:
– Experience in a Reporting Analyst / Scheduler / Data Analyst / Project Analyst role in a call centre or contact centre environment (essential)
– Experience of producing reporting and service scheduling for a contact centre
– A high level of numeracy; all KPIs/SLAs and reports are yours to build and maintain
– Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferably with knowledge of VBA
– Change management experience
– A strong commercial background
– Working knowledge of SQL would be advantageous
As a Project Analyst / Operations Manager you will need to be a self-starter with the capability to take an idea and deliver a project plan. You’ll be joining a fun, fast paced and vibrant organisation, offering up to 15% bonus on first year (and up to 30% bonus on basic salary after 1 year).
