They predominantly deal with large portfolios of private developers & landlords, and also international clients from Asia purchasing and renting investment properties through this agency. Reporting to the Lettings Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads for valuers and managers.
Being a Business Development Consultant is an exciting job, and is incredibly vital for the business. Predominantly you will be working in tandem with the lettings managers and valuers, generating new leads. Initially the role will commence with a large database of Landlords with whom you need to reconvene with, open or re-open new business relationships with to generate leads, valuations and stock for the company. This is a results-driven role and requires being able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will be embodying the company’s core values, and you will be representing them as you speak with new potential clients. Success in this role means having hit all your targets and having generated quality leads for your team, leading to successful instructions and eventually sales and lets!
In this role attention to detail is essential. As you will be dealing with landlords, and you will need to be organised and be an expert at diffusing difficult situations, providing a first class service.
This is mainly a telephone based role, so excellent telephone manner is a must.
Being University level educated
Speaking additional languages
Telesales or Phone experience (industry or other) is not necessary but is a bonus
