This global Professional Services firm based in the City requires an internationally experienced Reward manager to report directly into the Global Head of HR. This is the most senior Reward role in the company of circa 2,000 employees. You must only have 1 month or less with regards to notice period.
*Manage one direct report

Essential skills & experience:
*International Reward experience
*Remuneration survey experience including role matching and analysis of data.
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
*Experience of, or previous exposure to, sales incentives, international reward, share plans and employee mobility issues.
*Experience of managing benefit suppliers.
*Experience of global salary banding and job grading.
*Experience of global incentive design and analysis.
