The Oracle Graduate Technical Consultant Programme

This is an exciting opportunity for 2:1 degree holders with computer science, IT or a related subject to join the Oracle Graduate Technical Consultant Programme, an ideal platform for long-term development and progression with great rewards.
You will act as a developer/consultant in a project-based to deliver leading edge solutions to the extensive Oracle client base, through to support and drive of adoption of technology by clients. This includes:
Developing and maintaining an up to date knowledge of relevant Oracle products and services
Working with customer representatives, both technical and non-technical, to produce a solution that fulfils their requirements
Balancing client’s demands with protecting Oracles commercial interests
Working alongside Partner and other third party organisations
Representing Oracle professionally on client sites
Resolving or escalating client issues as appropriate
Working closely with the account team and line management to exploit opportunities for cross and up selling

What we’re looking for – the requirements
Educated to degree level with a 2:1 (achieved or predicted) in one of the following subjects; Computer Science, Computing Systems, Computing, Computing with Artificial Intelligence, Applied IT, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Technology, Software Engineering, Maths / Statistics (with the right modules or post graduate qualification), Web Development
Start date Summer 2016: both graduates and undergraduates considered
An interest or passion for technology
Willingness to work within the South East – some travel may be necessary
