Due to the expansion in APAC property business division, our client is seeking for an experienced Business Partner – Compensation & Benefits to lead their regional C&B team.

As the Business Partner, you are responsible for supporting the development, review and implementation of compensation and benefits programs under the framework. You will be responsible for execution and planning of strategies for reward management, performance management, job structure and staff cost analysis. You are also in charge of building up market intelligence to ensure the competitiveness of remuneration package. Ensure the expatriate remuneration and benefits are aligned to global policies will also be your key duties.
To successfully apply this position, you must be tertiary educated, preferably in Human Resources Management disciplines. The incumbent will be well versed in employment ordinances in Hong Kong and China with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Strong change agility mindset is a must. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese are one of the requirements.
