A leading global retailer is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their newly restructured HR Team to work with a wider HR team of HR Advisors, HR Manager’s and HR Administrators and to support HR operations and strategic projects. Looking for someone with a track record of working in a large, fast-paced organisation delivering excellent results. This role is a perfect stepping stone for an HR Advisor wanting to become a Senior HR Advisor or an existing Senior HR Advisor wanting to get involved in change management and strategic projects. The role is based in Leicestershire and paying up to £35,000.
You will be responsible for multiple divisions, ensuring the effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place, giving first line advice on a range of complex Employee Relations issues, frequently coaching your team to develop their knowledge and key understanding as well as leading largescale projects.
You will use your excellent interpersonal skills to support the HR team across multiple divisions. You will be required to be confident in building strong relationships with Line Managers and across the business in order provide first line Employee Relations advise; including advising on disciplinaries and grievances, performance issues, absence management and policies and procedures as well as some end to end recruitment. This is a great opportunity to build a breadth and depth of experience in employee relations at a large volume of varied, complex cases.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to work on projects and HR strategy, especially on change management from restructuring, acquisitions, redundancies, TUPE etc. This role can be a perfect stepping stone to build on your Employee Relations knowledge, manage and mentor HR Advisors and the rest of the HR team, support and lead on HR projects.
