This is a great opportunity to work as a Chef de Partie in a new opening based in busy Central London with one of the coolest companies around. The restaurant will create a varied menu of small sharing plates, feasting platters and high quality a la carte. It is an innovative fresh menu mixing signature combinations with traditional classics. The Chef de Partie must be passionate about food and working in a new kitchen.
The restaurant is based in one of the best areas in London for eating out so it will be very busy as soon as it opens. The Head Chef has previously worked with very successful restaurant ventures, so you are joining someone who has a lot of experience in creating a successful business – knowing what the London food scene is looking for, and how to take care of staff.
The Chef de Partie should have:
Experience in a good quality restaurant
Previously held a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie position
A real passion for creating fresh food daily, with a menu that changes regularly
Kitchen experience within a Rosette environment or even a 5* hotel
Dedication and drive to work hard creating brilliant food
This particular Chef de Partie position offers up to Â£25000 a year, based on experience – to work around 55 hours a week in 7 shifts. This small company wants people who will join their team with drive and enthusiasm, with mutual love for what they do.
