Completion & Compliance Manager
Location: Greater London
Kier Utilities are looking to recruit a Completion & Compliance Manager to manage the quality and compliance of streetworks and reinstatement to eradicate the cause of defects, thereby reducing fines and penalty charges.
Propose and embed improved processes that eradicate the causes of defects in streetworks and reinstatements; ensure complete alignment with Alliance processes and procedures to build business resilience.
Monitor quality, performance and efficiencies against agreed targets, dynamically resolving problems for the Delivery Managers and implementing remedial plans for under-performers.
Reduce fines and penalty charges by implementing changes.
Build productive relationships with stakeholders that mitigate liabilities and improve the speed and quality of operational activities.
Responsible for ensuring that teams are supported with the right training, assurance and auditing processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Technical construction knowledge in all aspects of reinstatements and new legislation
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods
Excellent problem solving skills.
