2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst – 2nd line Support Analyst – Onsite Support Engineer – Windows Server – Exchange Server – Active Directory – Remote and Client site – Coulsdon, Surrey – £26,000+ company benefits and petrol allowance.

Our client who are an IT Support Company are seeking a 2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst – Onsite Support Engineer with proven experience and a passion for technology to provide a high level of customer service supporting a cross-section of clients and users both in the UK and worldwide.

**Candidates must have their own a car with a full, clean UK licence, as this position will include site visits to clients**

Responsibilities:

2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst is to provide excellent customer service in order support the company’s clients
Assist with external customer support by raising issues appropriately and professionally and be responsible until resolved.
2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst will be expected to take ownership and resolution of issues/problems
Maintain a high degree of understanding of the clients’ network, systems and procedures
Carry out regular auditing and monitoring of client backups and antivirus protection
Keep audit documentation updated and accurate
2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst to support clients’ remote offices in the UK and worldwide
Actively provide innovative ideas & suggestions for improving working practices
Undertake support visits to clients’ offices/sites/schools
Skills:

2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst will need experience in Office Suite, Windows & Exchange Server applications, Networking, Active Directory including good to excellent understanding of DNS & TCP/IP, Office 365
Good to excellent understanding of antivirus and security systems
Good to excellent understanding of backup systems and procedures
Familiarity with firewall administration
Familiarity with apple iOS, windows phone and android devices
Familiarity with Mac OSX
2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst should have experienced with managing and overseeing auditing projects from conception to completion
