A Luton based Facilities Management company are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to help develop, implement and manage distinctive marketing plans to support strategic business objectives. Plans will support employee and client attraction and retention strategies to drive revenue / margin, service levels and profitability.
Our client is a well know hard and soft services facilities management company based in Luton.
The Luton based Marketing Manager will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
Partnering with the senior management team of the brand in offering professional marketing advice across all aspects of the business operation
Developing, implementing and measuring online and offline marketing plans that help meet strategic objectives
Ensuring best practice marketing techniques are shared and adopted across the brand, including active contribution to peer support and self-development
Developing strong, flexible social media plans and implement internally and externally
Integrating all marcomms where appropriate so that each brand is consistently activated through all media and at every touchpoint including – advertising, media, collateral, POS, e-brochures, internal newsletters, PR, thought leadership events and sponsorships
Collaborating with business colleagues involved in wider group marketing activities to ensure optimisation of resources and innovations
Managing relationships with our roster of design, advertising, PR and specialist agencies to improve brand management and campaign effectiveness
Partnering with the business development teams to maximise marketing support for the entire sales cycle, including mailing lists, new business development, presentations and bids, cross-selling and CRM
Working with Directors to effectively manage both central and local marketing spend and drive better ROI, campaign efficiency and cost management
Conducting quarterly internal client & employee reviews to ensure satisfaction in service delivery and develop/manage improvement plans
The Luton based Marketing Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
A proven track record in a B2B Marketing role
Exposure to a multi-division, complex stakeholder environment
Marketing Qualification e.g. degree or equivalent, CAM/CIM diplomas etc.
Excellent communication skills
Creative and innovative flair
Proven team management skills
Strong business understanding and budget management experience
Digital media – PPC, social media, SEO, websites and email
Offline – POS production/management, press advertising, events etc.
Public Relations/Internal & External Communications
Market research and analytics
The Luton based Marketing Manager will be offered a basic salary between Â£35,000 and Â£45,000 plus package depending on background and experience.
