Senior CRM Executive/Project Manager paying up to Â£38,000 working for a leading law firm in London City
Your new company
This law firm has a number of specialisms including aviation, energy and marine and is a top 50 firm with operations across the world. You will be based in the London HQ, in London City and work alongside various partners and other members of the team to accomplish the goals of the firm.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the development and operational capability of the firm’s InterAction database, developing productive relationships with all users and working in partnership with Business Development resources, IT and groups of partners and lawyers. This includes the effective international roll out and usage of this system for both marketing and client relationship management purposes. To manage the effective performance of a Junior CRM Executive and to mentor the Digital Communications Executive, working collaboratively with that resource and providing technical input as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in a partnership environment, ideally a legal firm. You will be educated to a degree level, 2:1 or above and have exceptional communication skills. You will have experience of providing technical expertise on a CRM database (ideally InterAction) and also have experience administering a website, CMS and eMarketing platforms end to end.
