An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Buyers Admin Assistant to join a successful prestigious company in central Wimbledon. The role requires assisting and supporting the Buying Teams in carrying out the processes of planning, selecting, administration, supplier and store liaison to achieve the overall department objectives. The role requires attention to detail, methodical approach to tasks, able to deal in a fast pace environment and able to meet deadlines.
Buyers Admin Assistant – The Role:
Liaise with suppliers, stores, depts.
Create and publish monthly reports
Orders and Deliveries
Ad hoc admin Buyers Admin Assistant – the candidate:
Excellent interpersonal skill, ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to work independently
