This is a temporary position lasting six months.

Area knowledge is not essential they would look for the candidate to put in place their own systems and processes that they know work.
Very good mannerisms and a very high standard of customer services.
The key to this role is to be very organised, so that is a must.
You will be assisting the Property Management department with all daily duties
Administration duties to include updating spreadsheets and keeping the filing system up to date.
Dealing with the day to day communication from our clients, tenants and suppliers via telephone, email and letter.
Arranging any necessary repairs in line with mandated instructions, overseeing new tenancies and tenancy renewals, safety inspections and carrying out property site inspections, and all aspects of the general day to day management.
You will be responsible for liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors whilst maintaining excellent records and managing your own workload.

Desirable Criteria

Being University level educated
Speaking additional languages is a big bonus
Area knowledge
Knowledge of the real estate industry
