Clearscore are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a specialism in SEO to come on board the innovative and dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for making all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and key word strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Detailed Job Description
Clearscore are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (SEO specialist) to join their rapidly growing business to build the brand into a household name. This role has a lot of scope to transform the company’s success and we are therefore looking for someone who is extremely bright and creative with a passion to deliver.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop SEO Strategy to meet agree business objectives
Use industry and competitor analysis data to inform strategy
Identify on-site and outreach strategies to deliver against set metrics
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Deliver organic search traffic volumes in line with agreed targets
Work with Product and Technology teams to implement required website changes
Manage distribution of content, link building and keyword strategy
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Day-to-day management of affiliate and PPC campaigns
Coordinate affiliate marketing programme with third parties including tracking
Create and distribute asset library to ensure brand is represented well in all environments
Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Provide detailed analysis and reporting to demonstrate the impact of activity
Provide clear reporting and business recommendations on a regular basis
Plan, run and report on an ‘always on’ AB testing programme
Day to day management of marketing website
Who are we looking for
The Digital Marketing Manager should be educated to degree level (with a minimum of 2:1 from a top university) or have an equivalent Professional Marketing qualification.
An enviable track record and references
Previous SEO and digital marketing experience is a must, in a dynamic, well respected consumer business
Skillset/Characteristics needed for the role
Passionate – about what the company is trying to achieve, and about how digital marketing, particularly SEO can play a big role in achieving this objective
Analytical – excited by and proficient at numerical marketing
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, Majestic, SEM Rush)
Self-disciplined- able to drive own work and create and hit own timelines
Team player – connecting with colleagues across the company and building relationships with teams including the Design, Technology and Agency teams
Creative problem solver – able to think laterally and develop solutions to overcome obstacles
Strong communicator – challenging, collaborative and able to interact with senior stakeholders
Fanatical about the detail
Able to work under pressure and within a moving framework – this is a start-up – you need to be the type of person that thrives on continuous change and improvement
Ambitious – keen to make your mark and develop

What’s on offer
Up to £45,000 with a bonus and benefits package
