IT Desktop Support Team Leader.
Experienced Team leader required to develop, document and implement new processes to improve the efficiency of the team. High level of skill in prioritising work both for self and others to achieve focus on issues and ensure these are dealt with in a timely and professional manner – flexibility, analytical approach, ability to multi-task, attention to quality are key.
Good leadership – excellent communication, listening and decision skills are also essential. Previous Desktop support expeience essential with technical skills including Windows 7 desktop migration activities.
Role may require some unsocial / weekend working.
Key technical skills:
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 upwards) – support of users on XenDesktop platform an advantage.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 – Office 365 desirable.
Ability to use ITSM tooling e.g. Service Now
