Internal Sales Executive – Technology Sales (VAD)
24k Base, 30k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading value add distributor that sells a full portfolio of vendor solutions, exclusively via the channel. specialising in software solutions, their product range covers Security, Encryption, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Productivity and Remote Monitoring, with a strong focus on cloud based solutions. Due to continued growth and their ongoing commitment to customers, they are currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their successful Wokingham based sales team.
As an Internal Sales Executive you will:
Ultimately be responsible for generating new business opportunities and for revenue growth within new and existing customers
Sell our client’s full range of available products
Generate business through inbound and outbound calling, networking and via the strategic account management of existing and won accounts
Attain monthly targets, including team, individual and activity
Attend and participate in sales meetings
Attend regular in-house or external training to meet objectives and knowledge requirements
The ideal degree educated candidate will:
Possess a minimum of 6-12+ months b2b sales experience (Technology preferred)
Be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a professional organisation to further develop an IT sales career
Have excellent communication skills, a good technical understanding, high levels of self motivation and excellent time management skills
The successful candidate can expect an initial basic salary of 24k, with an uncapped OTE of 30k in the first year plus additional benefit, ongoing training and genuine opportunities to advance your career.
