PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR/ASSISTANT TO LETTINGS AND PROPERTY MANAGERS… A lovely opportunity for an organised property administrator (approx 12 months experience) at this growing lettings and property management company based in the Walthamstow area. The role is varied and duties will include dealing with leaseholders and contractors, issuing works orders, chasing up repairs, ensuring admin is up to date etc. You’ll have the opportunity to attend properties and assist with the smooth running of the office. Ideally you will have 1-2 years experience in a property company or estate agency/lettings admin but our client may consider a graduate or A’ level educated candidate with office administration experience who can demonstrate good organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
