PMO Analyst – Be part of a unique community!

We are looking for a PMO Analyst (multiple opportunities) to join our unique, fast growing and specialist UK based Professional Services provider who specialise in delivering large, complex IT, Infrastructure, Business Change & Agile and Waterfall software development / SDLC projects (£1m-10m) for a range of long standing, high profile & blue chip customers.

As a PMO Analyst you should expect to spend time onsite at a UK blue chip in both London and Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and must be flexible to potentially work in another location in London / Home Counties (Berkshire only currently) as the need arises in the future and/or to take advantage of a promotion / career opportunities with another customer account.

You will be joining at a time of significant growth and have the chance to shape my client’s PPM offering in the future. My client have been extremely successful with their Business Analysis Practice and this venture should be no different!

You will have regular training opportunities and be able to take advantage of being part of a unique PPM community where you can also take part in social and charity events.

As a PMO Analyst you will be responsible for providing in-depth expertise in several PMO functional areas as well broader support. You will manage the implementation of one or more of the following processes: financial management, change control, milestone tracking, planning & reporting, quality management or risk & issue management.

Skills required for this role are:

Experience and understanding of core PMO processes
Demonstrable experience of defining, implementing and managing one of the following: financial management, change control, milestone tracking, planning & reporting, quality management or risk & issue management.
Experience across some / any of the following would be of interest: Infrastructure, Business Change, Agile / Waterfall software development / SDLC projects
Knowledge of both Agile and waterfall methodologies
Experience in a variety any of the following industries: Retail, FMCG, Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Mobile Advertising, Software or IT Services, Media and/or Banking
Ability to guide and support Project Managers and sure clear communications channels are established between the project team and client Stakeholders.
Accredited P30 Foundation would be preferred with the ability to manage budgets.
Certified Scrum Master and/or the ability to find innovative solutions to business / technical problems would be ideal but by no means essential.

PMO Manager – UK Leader – Be part of a PPM community!

Salary: £30,000-£47,000 (depending on experience) + pension (6% contrib) + flexible benefits (£1,200) + extra-curricular interest allowance (£120) + shareholder bonus + 25 days holiday

Location: Central London (with some travel to Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire)
