General Admin/ Appointment Document assistance
Maintenance of various Tracking Documents
Site Instructions issued to the contractors, update all registers and obtain all sign-off
Managing trackers and copies of Warranties
Variation Orders to be able to update registers and distribute to relevant surveyor
Purchaser Selection Forms to be able to review and process. Update monitor and instruct to contractor. Liaise with Customer Services to make sure cut-off dates are not missed.
Printing, collating and binding the contract documents, and maintaining the filing system – updating file labels, keeping the cupboards in order, archiving etc.
Preparation of Drawing Registers for Sub-Contract Packages, and Tenders
A team player with excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
SharePoint and Econnect Experience Essential
At least 2 years similar experience having worked for a Developer or Contractor
