We are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to work for a dynamic, expanding firm of Business Advisors/Accountants based in Central London. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role has a huge amount of scope and autonomy with a diverse workload. Please see below a small outline of the responsibilities included in this involving and challenging Senior HR Advisor role:-
Managing the Graduate Recruitment process for the firm.
Carrying out new starter inductions for all new employees.
Assisting with the management of absence across the firm, flexible working requests and the management of the maternity and paternity process for all staff.
Providing generalist HR advice and guidance to Partners, Managers and staff.
Assisting with the management of the annual salary review and bonus process and the 6 monthly performance review process.
The Senior HR Advisor will be assisting with the management of disciplinary, capability and grievance meetings and work experience and summer internships.
Managing all 3 and 6 month probationary periods and attending review meetings for all employees.
Developing HR database and reporting function.
This Senior HR Advisor role requires the individual to be CIPD qualified with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience with a confident, professional, confidential manner. Core competencies for this Senior HR Advisor opportunity include having strong interpersonal skills, the ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility with a good eye for detail.
