A Dynamics CRM Change Analyst is required for a global Dynamics CRM system deployment; you will manage the impact of Dynamics CRM across the business and business users replacing a legacy system.
We are looking for a Change Analyst that has worked with business, functional and development teams to support and guide them through the necessary changes. The CRM Change Analyst will work with internal teams to map the best way in which changes will affect users of relevant business streams.
You will work with the numerous parts of the business to ensure delivery of change, building relationships that support the delivery of the internal vision and goals support the needs of the project.
Translate the full range of change to the relevant users by role for the project
Support change across numerous business streams and users
Engage Senior Stakeholders supporting Change strategy.
Key knowledge to be considered for this role includes: –
Currently working as a change analyst or change manager on Dynamics CRM
Working Dynamics CRM knowledge of either Dynamics CRM 2013, 2015 or 2016
Experience in large change projects, CRM implementations and change methodologies
Senior stakeholder engagement experience
Stakeholders’ requirements analysis and finding solutions to meet those requirements.
Problem solving, business research and analysis
Ability to present and facilitate to Partners, Leaders and key stakeholders
