My client is a leading professional services firm based in the City seeking an experienced Reward Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave.
If successful you will have one direct report and together you will manage end to end annual salary and bonus review processes and payroll.
Graduate Qualification with CIPD or similar certification.
Significant reward experience, ideally from a legal or professional services background.
Numerate and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building and developing strong client relationships.
Collaborative team player with the ability to nurture and work in a fast paced, intellectually rigorous environment.
A person of sound judgment, able to establish a high level of credibility in the organisation and act as a trusted advisor.
