My client is a leader within FMCG seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Analyst to join their team on a 12 month assignment.
Support the company’s executive reward frameworks including data management, policy compliance and communication.
Research, analysis and presentation of benchmarking data in relation to salary and benefits and analysis of key competitors.
Support the Executive Reward team with the interim and annual reward cycles for all executives. Including the Annual Incentive Plan and global long-term incentive plans.
Support the Remuneration Committee process as required including the collation of data and preparing papers on a timely basis.
Supporting the Executive Reward Managers with ad-hoc projects
To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of leading edge reward practices.
To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the key relevant legislation relating to reward issues, e.g. tax, share plan legislation etc
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data driven approach and attention to detail
Strong planning and organisational skills
Experience in benchmarking, job evaluation, salary surveys
Very strong IT skills – specifically advanced Excel, strong HR Systems knowledge, Microsoft Project and preferably Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage high volumes of work and conflicting priorities.
Previous experience of managing initiatives from beginning to end and an appreciation of project management
A skilled influencer at all levels – deep experience of successfully managing a broad range of senior stakeholders.
