Client Account Coordinator – Financial Services
Â£18,000 P/A + Benefits & Annual Bonus
Monday to Friday – Core Business Hours
Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to represent this corporate client in recruiting a Client Account Coordinator to join their Southampton based team.
Provide daily support to the Personal Client Team, answering queries and offering support for individual customers
Speak with customers about a variety of products available to them
Supporting the team with any new business or renewal processes
Work to gain an overall understand of the products and services on offer
Deal with invoice issues, chasing of paperwork and any outstanding payments
Make amendments to customers policies
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have previous experience of working in a financially regulated or financial services organisation such as insurance, banking or claims
Needs good customer services skills
Must have strong administration and IT skills
