37.5hrs per week

Can you help us to support and inspire our staff as they work to deliver an ambitious new strategy aimed at ending homelessness and rebuilding lives? If the answer is yes, we need your skills and expertise to embed how we communicate our values and vision to a dedicated and committed team of around 1,200 people; working across the south and south west of England delivering services to people experiencing homelessness.

The organisation is looking to focus on its internal communications with this role, to support our goal of having an informed and engaged staff team. Our new strategy was developed with significant input from staff and from our clients.

The successful candidate will bring a fresh perspective to our internal communications, leading to a change programme which is likely to include a new intranet. You will work with colleagues from across the organisation to understand the challenges we face and come up with creative and empowering solutions. You will therefore have experience in developing/contributing to internal communications strategies and measuring their effectiveness; as well as experience of successfully managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
