Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be working with a very successful Import and Distribution company based in Christchurch in looking for a Customer Services Executive to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Services Executive include:
Managing emails and telephone calls to Customers
Dealing with backorders and payment issues
Dealing with returns, resends and delivery issues
Managing feedback on ecommerce Channels
The International Customer Service must have the following key skills:
Previous Customer Service Experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office package and using the Internet
Ability to use own initiative and be proactive
Excellent telephone manner
