With ambitions of further growth throughout 2016-2017 we are looking to open our 4th location in Stoke-on-Trent and as such we need a dynamic, high quality manager to head up the operation.

Key Information About The Role:-
Reports to Director / Operations Manager
Normal Place of Work Stoke-on-Trent (Subject to reasonable changes as per business requirements)
Normal Working Hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Subject to reasonable changes and will be including occasional early morning and late evening)
Salary £28K – £30K basic salary (Negotiable) + Car allowance + Uncapped commission structure. OTE to £35-40K

The role of branch manager is to protect and grow sales revenues via organised and sustained sales activities as well as the delivery of a first class service to the businesses customers via a highly motivated team. This is a target driven and demanding position which carries full profit and loss responsibility.
With a team of direct and indirect staff supporting the operation the role carries with it personnel responsibilities and management duties.
It is expected that the successful candidate will:
•Be a natural leader in all aspects of the business such as Sales, Service, Candidate Attraction Strategies and Administration processes
•Be comfortable and motivated by the sales process and able to demonstrate personal successes in this area
•A natural, positive, competitive person in the sales environment who is always seeking out new and innovative ways to win new business
•Be able to project confidence and belief in the ethero brand and what it represents in terms of service to its customers
•Have a thorough understanding of ethical and the legal frameworks in which the business operates
•Excellent internal and external communication skills including both verbal and written, (Report writing, Presentation Writing & Delivery)
•Able to encourage and drive optimum performance from team members
•Be experienced at and comfortable with working face to face with customers to develop long term relationships
•Have an acute understanding of required operational profit margins as well as costs that effect the business
•Incisive and able to demonstrate good decision making skills whilst under pressure
•A quality driven person who is focussed on accuracy and ensuring that error rates are kept to a minimum level
•Understand the importance of, and be focussed on, the delivery of personal and team targets and deadlines
•An organised operator capable of planning and deploying strategies that ensure the smooth running of the branch
•A doer who is ready to display the required personal characteristics that are necessary to be accepted as a leader by other team members.
( The role is not a typical 9am to 5.30pm job……….)
