Main Purpose of the role
To provide a pro-active business partner service to identified key stakeholders across the business which including ‘Heads of’ and up to ‘Director of’ level.
To identify, develop and implement HR solutions to meet current and future business needs, providing HRBP support to other business as required.
To ensure a full range of specialist HR services is provided to the business through the team including OD and restructures, employee relations, occupational health, HR systems and information, transactional services, PE process, flexible benefits etc. The role is fundamental to ensuring a positive employee relations climate across the business.
Working in partnership with key areas of the business to provide coaching, support and influence that enables key stakeholders to effectively deliver their people plans. The role will provide a service that delivers HR best practice and pragmatic HR solutions that support the business.
Analyse and produce real-time workable MI for business partner areas and work in partnership with them to identify areas of focus and assist them in generating solutions to drive their business areas forward proactively and effectively.
