Due to the continued growth of the organisation, my client is undergoing it’s own transformation and requires a new HR Business Partner to support business needs and help drive and implement company strategy. This role reports into the Global HR Director, you will join a UK team including a HR Systems/Program Lead and a 2 strong recruitment team. You will also be working closely with the US based Chief People Officer, HR Operations Specialist and our two strong US recruitment team. Working with their Maidenhead based Engineering leaders and teams, the role will enable business success by driving the transformation of our world class engineering team over the next 6 months, whilst driving the wider People Agenda. The role will be varied and challenging with a great deal of freedom to drive talent management, development, engagement and success.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with transformation project within the Engineering team
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and success of our people
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, recommending enhancements and adopting best practise
Bridge management and employee communications and relations
Nurture a positive working environment, driving higher engagement and happiness at Alfresco
Partner with the Recruitment team to ensure internal talent is considered, and external recruitment activities are aligned and on time with business needs
Maintain performance management, employee development plans, compensation and benefits program, alongside HR team members
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance with policies and procedures
Qualifications – Our ideal person…..
Minimum of 5+ years HR experience ideally working in a similar role within the technology industry
Proven working experience as a results driven HR Business Partner
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics, HR systems and databases
Excellent understanding of how an organisation operates, its business requirements and commercial objectives.
Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships across the business
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Degree/CIPD qualified or related work experience
