Our client, a manufacturing company, is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to the internal and external sales team.

Duties will include communicating with customers and various departments within the company by telephone and email as required, progressing quotations and potential orders, maintaining project notes and dates on the system and creating and updating activities. Additionally you will be responsible for general administration and marketing support.

You must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, have a willingness to learn and a flexible attitude, have good data entry/IT skills as well as the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

You will be required to work 25 hours per week, between Monday and Friday.
